The Miss South Carolina Volunteer Pageant organization is a service-oriented scholarship program that seeks to empower young women across the state. Through volunteerism, education, and responsibility, the Miss South Carolina Volunteer Pageant organization creates opportunities for young woman to explore leadership and activism, while building upon their personal self-confidence and life skills.
